Information We Collect

When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, product interest and project details. We also record basic source information such as page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, submission time and browser language.

When you use AI Reception, your chat messages are processed to generate an answer. If you choose to email DTECH from the widget, your project details and recent chat messages are included in the inquiry email.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, recommend suitable products, prepare quotations, provide technical support and improve our website and international B2B service. We do not sell personal information.

AI Reception provides preliminary product guidance. Its answers may be inaccurate and do not constitute a quotation, compatibility guarantee, certification statement or delivery commitment. Please avoid entering confidential project information in chat.

Storage, Security & Service Providers

Inquiry information is processed by the website hosting and email delivery services needed to receive and route your message. AI chat messages are sent to an AI service provider to generate replies. DTECH does not maintain a separate website chat history; the recent transcript is emailed to our team only when you submit an inquiry. Service providers may process information under their own data controls. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information by contacting ying@dtech.cn. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for customer service, legal and business record purposes.
